Paradise Moorings is an exclusive gated, waterfront community on Doctor's Lake that features all the waterfront amenities you would expect, including a Community Boat Ramp, Dock and Clubhouse.

Directions: From I-295 exit Hwy. 17 South. Turn West on County Road 220 and follow for three miles to Paradise Moorings. Paradise Moorings is located off of County Road 220 in the growing Fleming Island area south of Orange Park - about three miles west of highway 17.
