Eagle Harbor is situated on Fleming Island, which is bordered by Doctor's Lake, Black Creek, and the St. Johns River.

Directions from the South: From I-95 exit I-295 North and follow until it crosses the St. Johns River, then exit on Hwy 17. Go south on Hwy 17 about six miles. Eagle Harbor will be on you right side (west), just north of CR-220.

Directions from the North: From I-95 exit I-295 South. Take I-295 and exit on Hwy 17 just before the St. Johns River. Go south on Hwy 17 about six miles. Eagle Harbor will be on the right side (west), just north of CR-220.
