Office Buildings are commercial buildings primarily used for business and administrative operations. Frequently, they are co-located with other business operations including warehouses, retail, call centers, data centers, or manufacturing.
These administrative facilities can also serve as corporate headquarters or business centers. Many times office buildings must meet strict aesthetic, as well as functional, design requirements.
J.A. Long, Inc. constructed this 10,116-square-foot, two-story office building to house its corporate office – providing space for three other tenants including Global Family Care, Lee Daniel Realty and Watkins-Newton-Young Insurance.
The building represents heavy commercial construction with red-iron, concrete and glass construction. Building features include a metal roof, elevator, steel beams with a full-weight concrete second floor with light steel partitions.
